After worship on Sunday Pastor Brian and four men from the congregation gathered at his home and ended up bottling 101 bottles of beer from the 10 gallons that was brewed a month ago. It will now spend the next two weeks becoming “bottle conditioned” – carbonating and sealing in flavors. We sampled the ‘flat’ beer and are happy to say it tastes good. Now prayers are welcome so the bottles don’t burst from too much carbonation.
