We invite you to worship this Fourth Sunday after Pentecost at 9am in the Sanctuary! Members, please wear your name tags so our new Pastor can get to know you easier. If you need a name tag made, please call Jim at 602-751-9194 or contact him by email at missellienjim@yahoo.com .
After our worship service, all members will be asked to stay for a Meet and Greet with our pastoral candidate. First he will bring greetings to us and share about himself, his family and his ministry. Then everyone will be invited to move to a round table in the fellowship hall where cookies and drinks will be served. Our candidate and Jim Thompson will move from table to table for a brief visit with you.
Congregational Pictures!
We will be taking pictures again next Sunday June 27th, in the Social Hall, of members who haven’t had their picture taken, to put into a new directory for our new Pastor. Just face shots will do. Thank you Bethlehem!
The council, after much discussion, decided to make the following changes.
1) Bethlehem returns to one service at 9 am through Labor Day.
2) Masks during worship for the vaccinated is recommended, not mandated.
3) Masks are required for those who are not vaccinated for their safety.
4) No one will be asked if they are vaccinated.
5) If you are sick we ask that you worship with us online instead.
6) Please continue to enter through the Fellowship Hall.
7) No temperature checks, please sign in and sanitize.
8) There’s no longer a need to register prior to service.
9) The sanctuary will be set up for 70 chairs. This should be sufficient seating for all Sundays during the summer period.
10) Holy Communion will continue as currently practiced.
After Labor Day, the council will review all Covid-19 protocols.
