Sunday, October 30 – OCTOBERFEST!!!
Pastor Brian is inviting and looking forward to working with any of you interested in helping to make Bethlehem’s first “home brew” in the courtyard, following worship and hospitality time on August 21. This is an early process in preparing for the upcoming Octoberfest as it takes some time for the beer to be ready. Please contact Bekkah in the church office if you are interested in helping Pastor Brian on the 21st.
Bethlehem’s first OCTOBERFEST is in the early planning stages, but will be held on
REFORMATION SUNDAY, October 30!
Why celebrate Octoberfest? As seen so often in the Old Testament, a festival is intended to celebrate God and one another with a happy event. There will be good food and drink, music, and opportunities to learn about our Lutheran roots and heritage, thanks to Martin Luther. This will be a time in which to get to know one another and share our experiences with our BLC family. Please welcome any and all family and friends that you may wish to invite for a fun time together at worship, hospitality, and a German style dinner and celebration!
Keep your eyes and ears open for much more on these plans in the coming weeks. And don’t miss an e-blast ever, as there is lots of excitement brewing at Bethlehem for the rest of summer and the fall!
