Greetings Bethlehem,
This note is to make you aware of a couple of new financial challenges. These expenses have drawn down our undesignated cash position to the lowest amount during my time as Treasurer.
The parking lot project expense was about $14,000. And, the air conditioning systems at the church and Noah’s Ark have needed repair recently. However, there are more air conditioning expenses coming and estimates vary from relatively small to large.
I just want to keep you informed of our situation.
