6/25 Council Summary Report from Treasurer, Roger Herd
1. We discussed live streaming worship beginning in early 2024. The Synod
has a grant program with an application process we can consider. I will work
with Jordan to develop the cost.
2. BLC and Noah’s Ark both were in the red in May. Each had a loss of about
$2K. However, each has performed better than budget and is in the black year-
to-date. Since it’s summer, please remember to continue your donations!
3. We are awaiting the bid for the cost to repair our building and roof issues that surfaced during our unusually wet winter. Terry Kahl met with the contractor and I was able to join late in their conversation. At first glance, it looks as though repair costs may be less than we initially expected. That was great news!
